Training begins...

Beginning of the week, beginning of the month...the only thing that could have made this more perfect if it was Jan 1st, beginning of the year, beginning of the DECADE! Well, the decade thing could be debated. Oh well...February 1st, the day my training begins. For real. Here's my workout schedule for week 1.



Monday: Stregnth - WiiFit @ 5 pm
Done! Chris made me a personalized workout on WiiFit plus. I don't feel like I did much, but I'm sure I'll feel it tomorrow!

Tuesday: Run (3 miles) @ 6 am

Wednesday: Cross Training: Walk with Cooper (2 miles) @ 9 am

Thursday: Run (3 miles) and Strength - WiiFit @ 5 pm

Friday: Rest

Saturday: 30 min Cross Training

Sunday: Run (4 miles)



Bah! That's AT LEAST 12 miles in one week. I can do it. I can do it. I can do it!!!!


I just need to think about how I'll feel when I complete the 13.1 miles run and how I'll look!! Ok, not how I'll specifically look immediately after the run (or during, ick!). But how my body will look in general. I'll *hopefully* be back to prepregnancy size!!

I'm getting close. Lost another pound! Woot Woot!!

Alright, back to my Monday shows and then I'm headed to bed!
